Calling all young people. Come and play some computer games with fellow gamers.
The Community Gaming Initiative (CGI) aims to develop more opportunities to use gaming as a social tool to bring young people together and develop skills such as:
- Problem Solving
- Imaginative Thinking
- Increased Concentration Span
- Faster Reaction Times
Where?
The CGI will now be hosting regular sessions at THE DENGIE FAMILY HUB, Ormiston Rivers Academy, Southminster Road, Burnham on Crouch CM0 8QB.
When?
From 5.30pm-7.30pm, every first and third Wednesday of each month.
What happens at the sessions?
There will be a range of different gaming activities to choose from, including PS5 and Xbox Series X,
You will need to complete a membership form before starting the session. This will be available on your arrival at the session.
