Commencement of 37 dwellings at Corinthian Place, Burnham-On-Crouch
Notice of commencement of works in relation to the development of the above site. This is scheduled to occur on 17th May 2024. As the attached letter sets out, there will be mobilising and preparatory works together with further site surveys taking place from next week followed by access works to Maldon Road from 29th April approved under FUL/MAL/14/00356. We will also be notifying residents in the surrounding area of the proposed works.
