Enjoy Essex over the BIG weekend!
The Essex Big Weekend which has launched today Friday (25th August) with the ballot closing on 25th September. Over 50 businesses are involved and have donated some great experiences, overnight stays, meals out and attraction tickets. Essex residents can bid for free tickets between now and 6 Sept which they can redeem during the Big weekend on 6 – 8 October.
The aim of the campaign is to encourage locals to discover new places on their doorstep and support local, to give promotion to our Visit Essex members and help to extend the tourism season into the Autumn.
