NOTICE OF ORDINARY VACANCY
Following an uncontested election in the north ward of the town on Thursday 2 May 2019, there are two vacant seats on the Burnham on Crouch Town Council.
Under Section 21(2) of the Representation of The People Act 1985, where there are seats unfilled following an election, the Parish Council may co-opt to fill these seats.

You can also contact the Town Clerk by email, or telephone on 01621 783 426 or drop in to the Council Offices which are open Monday – Friday between the hours of 9.30 am and 12 noon.
Deadline
Application forms should be submitted to the Town Clerk by Thursday 30 May 2019.
Decision
The co-option will take place at the meeting of the Town Council to be held on Wednesday 5 June 2019.
